           Aim  Higher

At AIM Higher our mission is to support Adaptive Inclusive Moments through Wellness experiences and community connections

Hi, I’m Katlin, Founder of Aim Higher

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that wellness doesn’t look the same for everyone — and neither does support. As a lifelong dancer — jazz, hip hop, ballet, pointe… the stage was the place I felt most alive. But after years of living with chronic pain, injuries, and surgeries, I had to learn how to move through life differently. Finally facing that fact changed the way I view wellness, accessibility, support, and what people actually need.

I've always loved creativity, community, and finding ways to help people feel welcome. With Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Health & Human Services from the University at Buffalo, and my own lived experiences in dance, education, events, and fundraising, and living with chronic pain, I've seen firsthand how important it is to create spaces where people can show up exactly as they are—not who they think they're supposed to be.

That’s where AIM Higher was born.

I believe wellness shouldn’t feel intimidating or like another thing you dread on your to-do list. Sometimes wellness looks like sweating in a workout class or a slow walk in the fresh air or using a fidget in public without apologizing for it. And sometimes it looks like surviving the day with snacks, comfy clothes, and a heating pad. We celebrate all of it here.

At the core of AIM Higher is the belief that every body and every mind deserves support, accessibility, community, and moments of joy — exactly as they are.

     LET’S BUILD SOMETHING BETTER TOGETHER

Whether you’re looking for sensory support, inclusive wellness resources, adaptive experiences, or simply a space that feels a little more understanding and human, AIM Higher is here to help you feel seen, supported, and connected.
