Aim Higher

At AIM Higher our mission is to support Adaptive Inclusive Moments through Wellness experiences and community connections
Wellness On Your Terms.
Bodies Are Weird-Let's Work With Them
Let's be honest.
Most wellness advice seems to assume you have unlimited energy, a perfectly functioning body, three free hours a day, and the ability to drink water without forgetting where you put it. Around here, we know that's not always how life works.
At Aim Higher, wellness isn't about perfection. It's not about fixing yourself, pushing through pain, or pretending everything is fine when it's clearly not.
It's about finding practical tools, support, and strategies that help you feel a little better and navigate life in a way that works for your body and your brain.
As someone who has spent years living with chronic pain, hypermobility, surgeries, setbacks, and all the fun surprises that come with them, I understand that wellness isn't one-size-fits-all.
Some days wellness looks like movement.
Some days wellness looks like rest.
Some days wellness looks like remembering to drink your iced coffee before the ice melts.
All of it counts.
Whether you're managing chronic pain, feeling overwhelmed, navigating life as a spoonie, or simply looking for support and encouragement, Aim Higher is here to help you find what works for you.
At Aim Higher ~ small steps still count and progress doesn't have to be perfect to matter.
What Wellness Looks Like around here

Wellness isn't about having the perfect morning routine, drinking enough water every day, or magically becoming the person who meal preps on Sundays.
(If that's you, we're impressed. Please teach us your ways.)
Around here, wellness is about finding realistic ways to support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being—especially when life, pain, stress, fatigue, or a rebellious nervous system have other plans.
Wellness can help:
✨ Support emotional well-being and resilience
✨ Create routines that work with your body, not against it
✨ Reduce stress and overwhelm
✨ Encourage confidence, self-compassion, and self-awareness
✨ Help you celebrate progress, even when it doesn't look picture-perfect
Some days wellness looks like movement.
Some days wellness looks like rest.
Some days wellness looks like asking for help, setting boundaries, or remembering to eat lunch before 4 PM.
And sometimes wellness looks like accomplishing one thing on your to-do list and deciding that's enough for today.
We celebrate those days too.

Let's Find what fits
1:1 Wellness Support
Sometimes you don't need another program.
Sometimes you just need someone in your corner.

Using real-life experiences combined with tools like Positive Psychology, CBT, and Holistic Wellness we will set indivudualized goals and create a roadmap to get there. And we'll celebrate all the wins along the way.
This is a supportive, judgment-free space designed to meet you exactly where you are. No perfection required.

Meeting You Where You Are
At AIM Higher, wellness is about progress, not perfection. It's about creating space for growth, resilience, movement, rest, joy, and everything in between. Because feeling better doesn't happen all at once—it happens one choice, one moment, and one step at a time.
